Chantal is one of those folks for whom the word "retirement" means, "Now I can devote more time to the things I love the most."

Chantal teaches art at a private school in Atlanta, cherishes her daughters and grandchildren, and still spends big chunks of time in her studio.

When interviewed recently about the source of her art Chantal replied, "My goal and vision for my art is inspired by Kafka: 'I'm the axe that breaks the ice within us.'"
